- Leaderboard, notifications, saved plants and compare, page history with restore, and quick questions with one-tap answers.

- For moderators: questions to contributors, second opinions, bulk review, queue health, ban appeals and saved replies. For admins: a panel for people, roles, trust rules, names, API keys, the site banner and e-mail previews.
Contributions and moderation
- Suggest edits, names and photos; add a missing plant. Trusted contributors’ changes go live at once.
- A moderation queue with review, reports, revert and a log.
- Photos are re-encoded without camera data; originals stay private.
- Search under any name, an Atom feed of changes, a data bundle and API keys.
The database opens
- Species and cultivars with light, CO₂, temperature, pH, hardness and size traits, imported from GBIF and written by keepers.
- A free, read-only API with the same names and facts.
